ADHD self-check for adults
Most ADHD questionnaires are the diagnostic criteria reworded, and almost nobody recognises themselves in them. This one asks about the life instead: the two-minute job you have not done for three weeks, the salary that is gone by the tenth, the friend you have not replied to since April, the fourth job you left because it stopped being interesting. None of those are in the manual. All of them are what adults with ADHD describe.
It takes about ten minutes, it explains what each pattern is called as you go, and at the end it gives you a report you can download and hand to a doctor โ which is the only person who can actually tell you whether you have ADHD.
Logging in is how your report is kept for you, so you can open it or download it again later. Your answers are never shown to anyone else.
